Apple Pay is available on the LaLaBix app for iOS devices and on Safari for Mac devices. Pay with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. Select Apple Pay at checkout.

I’m having trouble using my promo code. What could be the issue?

Possible reasons for promo code issues:

1. Validity and Terms: Ensure the code is valid and meets the terms.
2. Exclusivity: Some codes are brand/item-specific or single-use.
3. Exclusions: Certain items may not be eligible for discounts.
4. Combining Offers: Promo codes can’t be used with other offers.
5. Cash Redemption: Promo codes can’t be exchanged for cash.

Why is my payment declined?

All refunds will be issued according to the LaLaBix’s policy for returns and cancellations. Once LaLaBix’s has registered your return or cancellation with Tabby, your refund will be processed. Here’s what you can expect with your refund:

• If the refunded amount is less than the total remaining payments, the remaining payments will be adjusted accordingly.
• If the refunded amount exceeds the total remaining payments, all remaining payments will be canceled, and the excess amount will be refunded.

Tabby is committed to responsible spending which is why every purchase is carefully considered before approvals. You will receive regular reminders before any due payments to avoid missing them. If Tabby is unable to collect payments on the scheduled day, you will no longer be able to make purchases with Tabby until dues are paid.

A collection charge of 15 AED is charged a day after a payment is due. If you have not repaid for another two weeks, an additional late fee of 30 AED is applied.

2. Contact LaLaBix
If no shipping information is available or your delivery is delayed, please contact LaLaBix directly.

3. Let us know you haven’t received your order

• Login to your account on Tabby’s app.
• Tap on the ‘My payments’ tab.
• Find and tap the order you haven’t received.
• Tap ‘Need help with your order?
• Choose ‘My order is not delivered’ and contact us.

After receiving your order, Tabby will let you know by email and SMS when your payment is due. You can also see all your upcoming due payments in your Tabby account on the app or Tabby.ai.

You can change cards and manage your account by logging in online or using the Tabby app.
