Return and Refund Policy

Return Process

  • Just log into your LaLaBix Account and create a return request within 7 days from the date of receiving your order. Make sure that the products are unused along with the packaging (Plastic Bag or Brand Box), and original tag(s) still attached.
  • You can choose whether you want your money refunded to your LaLaBix wallet or back to your credit/debit card and you’re done!
  • If you paid by cash on delivery, we would issue a refund to your LaLaBix wallet which you can use it to place a new order or you can transfer the credit to your bank account by contacting us, and after sharing your bank details, then the amount should reflect in your bank account within 7 – 14 business days.

LaLaBix reserves the right to return a product to the customer if the product returned does not meet any of its guidelines or conditions. The customer will not be entitled to any refund if the product is not eligible for return. If a product is declined for a return request at any stage, we will make 2 attempts to deliver the product and then hold it at the LaLaBix warehouse. If the customer doesn’t contact us within 3 business days for delivery the product will then be sent for liquidation and the customer will not have any right to get it back.

LaLaBix offers returns for eligible products within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. Products that are not eligible for return cannot be returned under any circumstances. Items will not be accepted as “returned” until the customer has been notified. It may take up to 1-2 weeks for the item to reach our fulfillment center depending on your location. Once the item reaches us, allow up to 3-7 business days to process the returned item. After the item has been processed, it may take up to 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank account.

Items Eligible for Return

Electronics Must be returned with original packaging, unused, sealed, and unopened. The product will not be refunded if it has been used, opened, or the original seal has been opened. If the product is not working because of a manufacturing defect, then everything including the original box, information booklet, and all accessories must be returned too. Any product that has been used, changed, assembled or installed will not be eligible for return unless they are defective.
Beauty & Personal Care Vitamins-dietary supplements and sports nutrition products are not eligible for return. Beauty (Cosmetics, Skin Care, etc.), fragrances and Health products that are opened or used will not be accepted. Personal appliances must be returned with original packaging, unused, sealed, and unopened.
Men & women Clothing items such as swimwear, lingerie, bras, socks, underwear, and tights are not eligible for return. Clothing items are only eligible for return if they are unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, in original packaging, with all tags and labels still intact. Watches, bags & luggage, footwear and eyewear must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Baby Products Hygiene-related products, feeding & medical treatment products are not eligible for return. Baby products eligible for return must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened.

Exchange Policy:

You can replace an item if it was listed as eligible for exchanges, but it is subject to availability. Fashion items can be exchanged for sizes and colors or if the product was damaged. For a product to be eligible for an exchange, it needs to be Fulfilled by LaLaBix. Electronic items can be exchanged if you received a damaged/defective item if eligible for exchange. If the product was eligible for exchange and isn’t available and meets the refund criteria, you will be refunded instead.
