Which items are eligible for a size exchange?

At present, only one item can be exchanged for size at a time. Some items may not be eligible for size exchanges due to limited stock, size availability, or sourcing from different countries. These items, however, can still be returned in accordance with our Return Policy.

Please note: This exchange service is available exclusively to UAE customers who meet the conditions outlined above for size exchanges. Items sold by LaLaBix but shipped by international designers are not eligible for exchange or return.
