How long does LaLaBix take to process returns and issue refunds?

LaLaBix offers returns for eligible products within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. Products that are not eligible for return cannot be returned under any circumstances. Items will not be accepted as “returned” until the customer has been notified. It may take up to 1-2 weeks for the item to reach our fulfillment center depending on your location. Once the item reaches us, allow up to 3-7 business days to process the returned item. After the item has been processed, it may take up to 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank account.
