I’m having trouble using my promo code. What could be the issue?

Possible reasons for promo code issues:
- Validity and Terms: Ensure the code is valid and meets the terms.
- Exclusivity: Some codes are brand/item-specific or single-use.
- Exclusions: Certain items may not be eligible for discounts.
- Combining Offers: Promo codes can’t be used with other offers.
- Cash Redemption: Promo codes can’t be exchanged for cash.
