Return and Refund Policy
Return Process
- To initiate a return, simply log into your LaLaBix account and create a return request within 7 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the products are unused, with the original packaging (plastic bag or brand box) and tags intact.
- You can choose to have your refund credited to your LaLaBix wallet or back to your original payment method (credit/debit card).
- If you paid by cash on delivery (COD), the refund will be issued to your LaLaBix wallet, which you can use to place a new order. Please note that refunds for COD orders cannot be transferred to a bank account or returned in cash.
LaLaBix reserves the right to return a product to the customer if the product returned does not meet any of its guidelines or conditions. The customer will not be entitled to any refund if the product is not eligible for return. If a product is declined for a return request at any stage, we will make 2 attempts to deliver the product and then hold it at the LaLaBix warehouse. If the customer doesn’t contact us within 3 business days for delivery the product will then be sent for liquidation and the customer will not have any right to get it back.
LaLaBix offers returns for eligible products within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. Products that are not eligible for return cannot be returned under any circumstances. Items will not be accepted as “returned” until the customer has been notified. After the item has been processed, it may take up to 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank account.

| Beauty & Personal Care | Vitamins, dietary supplements, and sports nutrition products are non-returnable. Opened or used beauty items (including cosmetics and skincare products), fragrances, and health products are not eligible for return. Personal appliances must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and in unused, unopened condition. |
| Men & women | Clothing items, including swimwear, lingerie, bras, socks, underwear, and tights, are non-returnable. Other clothing items may only be returned if they are unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, and must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Watches, bags, luggage, footwear, and eyewear must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels still attached. |
| Baby Products | Hygiene products, feeding items, and medical treatment products are non-returnable. Baby products eligible for return must be in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging. |
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only allowed for size or color variations of the same item and are strictly subject to stock availability. If the requested size or color is not in stock, the item cannot be exchanged and will not be refunded unless it meets the separate refund eligibility criteria.
